Lead Producer, Content Strategist for YouTube Design (video above)
Feel free to scrub around in the video above to see documentation of the project.
The UX Department wanted do something that would showcase the amazing work of their design and product efforts, and gave me a broad goal of generating interest in what we do so that we might attract and retain top creative talent.
I pitched a vision of hospitality that should be like welcoming visitors into our home. It should be considered and sharp to reflect the precise talents of our design team, as well feel playful to represent our spirit of creativity and the vast gamut of content that users have come to know and love on the platform.
After creating and getting approvals for the timelines, budgets, and strategy, I led an internal team comprised of a copywriter, graphic designer, UX engineer, motion designer, and brought in external vendor teams when needed. We worked together to create a combination of case studies, long form product development write ups, original web series, and a section featuring the specific jobs people might apply for on our team.
I developed, produced, and directed four original web series (Product stories, Editorials, Pedal & Paint, The Block).
